Peter Stubbs of Garden Plan

About Me and Garden Plan:

  • I attended Altrincham Grammar School;

  • I studied at the Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester (Prizeman 1st out of 112);

  • I started on my own as Garden Plan in 1970;

  • My projects have ranged from landscaping part of a Welsh hillside at Betws Gwerfil Goch, to the 'postage stamp' sized patio at Ganders wine bar in Goose Green, Altrincham;

  • My styles vary depending on the client and the setting - have a look at my projects;

  • I work with natural stone, tanalised timber, gravels, mulches, and a wide repertoire of plants - have a look at my themes;

  • My areas of operation are Cheshire and South Manchester, with a heartland of Hale, Bowdon, Altrincham, Lymm, Knutsford and Wilmslow;

  • 2006 is my 36th year of operation, and with it comes a wealth of experience in setting up new projects, their establishment, and course through to maturity - have a look at my gallery of photographs.
