This 2½ acre garden came with 8-plus years of overgrowth (and an incumbant rat population) leading to a large amount of clearing unwanted vegetation to open the garden up. The style is formal, with vistas and planting, mainly of trees and shrubs.

Early development stage: unwanted vegetation cleared, central area drained, area relevelled and reseeded, new planting commenced, patio under construction.
